About

At It’s a Process Therapy, the goal is to help you reconnect with your true self, break unhelpful patterns, and move toward meaningful change. I specialize in working with individuals who want to gain insight into the behaviors and relationship dynamics that may be holding them back, guiding you toward a stronger sense of identity and fulfillment.

In our sessions, we’ll explore issues such as identity, people-pleasing, and life transitions—whether you’re stepping into adulthood, navigating parenthood, moving through divorce, or dealing with loss. For artists, I understand the unique challenges of staying authentic in a world that often undervalues creativity, and I’m here to support you as you find balance and resilience.

Using a trauma-informed and holistic approach, It’s a Process Therapy considers the whole person—your past experiences, the systems and relationships that shaped you, and the strengths you bring with you. Together, we’ll identify the roots of any struggles and build the foundation for growth, clarity, and greater self-compassion.

You’ll find a supportive space where warmth, curiosity, and humor create an open environment for self-exploration. My style is collaborative, and I’m committed to asking insightful questions that can help illuminate new perspectives and uncover paths forward.

Therapy can be an enriching, challenging, and rewarding journey, and I’m here to guide you each step of the way.
